ABOUT LAURENCE GALLAND

I’m an Executive and Team Coach, with over 15 years of senior leadership experience across global organisations.

I’ve worked across LATAM, the US, EMEA, and APEC, holding senior roles at organisations including Danone and TUI. This experience gave me first-hand insight into corporate dynamics, cultural nuance, and the realities leaders face when operating at scale across markets and systems.

As a Coach, I’ve worked with leaders and teams from more than 40 nationalities and across 40+ industries. My coaching clients operate across diverse organisations and cultures, and come to me when they want to think more clearly, strengthen their leadership impact, and navigate complexity with greater intention.

Alongside my coaching practice, I currently serve on the Executive Committees of several organisations in perinatal medicine. This work is closely connected to my personal journey following the extreme preterm birth of my son – an experience that has deeply shaped my understanding of leadership under pressure, executive decision-making, and the human impact of leadership culture in complex, high-stakes systems such as healthcare.

Today, my works brings together executive coaching, team coaching, and leadership conversations in larger forums. I support leaders and teams to enhance effectiveness, foster alignment, and deliver sustainable performance in complex, demanding environments.

I’m also invited to speak at conferences, leadership events, or webinars, where I engage audience in thoughtful conversations around leadership, complexity, and decision-making. My speaking style is reflective and grounded, designed to create insight and perspective rather than offer simplistic answers.
